Invoice entry
We can collect all of your documents, or receive them by post/email, and then enter the sales and purchases invoices into your preferred accounting package. If you don’t have an accounting package, let us help you find the right one to suit your accounting needs.
Bank reconciliations
We can connect your accounting package with your bank account to make matching invoices quick and easy. Alternatively, we can manually update your bank entries from csv/pdf files. In either case, we will investigate any discrepancies and rectify them.
Expenses
We can log all purchase receipts and help you claim back any personal expenses or VAT, where possible.
Budgeting / Credit control
We can advise you regularly on how much to set aside, by providing you with an accurate forecast of your expenses. E.g:
- Annual insurance expenses – installments accrued monthly.
- Monthly revenue payments – based on weekly wage payments.
Payment chasing
We can follow up with customers regarding their outstanding payments.
Liaise with accountant
At year end, we will provide your accountant with an accurate record of all of your transactions, including backup paperwork, and assist them with any queries they may have. This will ensure that your accountants time is being used as efficiently as possible.
